2-84-051 Notification to news media.
   The superintendent of police shall make available to local newspapers, radio and television stations the names and addresses of persons, other than juveniles, arrested on charges of soliciting for a prostitute or patronizing a prostitute, as those offenses are defined in the Illinois Criminal Code of 1961; or attempt possession of a controlled substance, as defined in the Illinois Controlled Substance Act.
