18-11-1117.3.5.8 Dwelling or sleeping units.

If dwelling or sleeping units are altered or added, the requirements of Sections 18-11-1107.4, 18-11-1107.5.1.1, 18-11-1107.5.5 and 18-11-1107.5.6.4 for accessible units or Type A units, and the requirements for accessible alarms, shall apply only to the quantity of spaces being altered or added. The requirements of Sections 18-11-1107.5.2, 18-11-1107.5.3, 18-11-1107.5.5 and 18-11-1107.5.6 shall apply if there is a change of occupancy in accordance with Section 18-11-1117.6.
