18-11-1107.5.3 Structures with four or more units.

If a structure does not come under the purview of Section 18-11-1107.5.1, Section 18-11-1107.5.2 or Sections 18-11-1107.5.4 through 18-11-1107.5.6, and the structure contains four or more dwelling or sleeping units intended to be occupied as a residence in a single structure, every dwelling and sleeping unit intended to be occupied as a residence shall be a Type B unit complying with Section 18-11-1107.7.3. Planned developments shall comply with Section 18-11-1107.5.4. Housing units owned or financed by a governmental unit shall comply with Section 18-11-1107.5.5.

Exception: The number of Type B units may be reduced in accordance with Section 18-11-1107.6.
