18-11-1107.5.2 Multiple dwellings.

In multiple dwellings in which the occupants are primarily permanent in nature, Accessible units, Type A units and Type B units shall be provided in accordance with Sections 18-11-1107.5.2.1 through 18-11-1107.5.2.4. Planned developments shall comply with Section 18-11-1107.5.4. Housing units owned or financed by a governmental unit shall comply with Section 18-11-1107.5.5.
