(a) Minor changes which may be allowed are:
(1) Relocation of signs, doors, windows, trash dumpsters, landscaping and its materials;
(2) Increase in the size of yard setbacks;
(3) Decrease in the size/use of the proposed structures.
(b) Such request for an allowable change shall be made to the Zoning Inspector.
(c) Before any request for a change is approved, the request shall be reviewed by the Site Plan Review Committee and any other City department deemed necessary by the Zoning Inspector.
(d) If approved, a copy of the site plan showing the new plan shall be placed in the original case folder and kept in the office of the Zoning Inspector.
(e) In the event the request is denied, or the Zoning Inspector determines it is not an allowable change or request, the matter shall be considered an amendment request to the Planned District and be handled as a request under Section 1196.02.
