(a) Within thirty days after the public hearing, Council may either adopt the recommendation of the Planning Commission without change, may adopt a modification of the recommendation of the Planning Commission, may deny the recommendation of the Planning Commission or may refer the recommendation of the Planning Commission back to the Planning Commission for its reconsideration. In the event Council denies or modifies the recommendation of the Commission, it must do so by a vote of not less than three-fourths of the full membership of Council. Adoption of the recommendation without change or referral of the recommendation to the Planning Commission requires a majority vote of the full membership of Council. Upon the receipt of the second recommendation back from the Planning Commission, Council shall again follow the procedures set forth in Chapters 1196.06 through 1196.09. Council may refer the same zoning matter back to the Planning Commission only one time for its reconsideration.
(b) In the event Council adopts a Planned District, such adoption shall include all documents necessary to insure the conformance with the plans, drawings, schedules and texts as submitted and approved. (Ord. 147-2018. Passed 7-2-18.)
