Accessory uses and structures that are customarily accessory and incidental to a permitted principal use are allowed in the HOFV District. Residential accessory uses shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 1140 of these regulations. Commercial accessory uses and structures shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 1149 of these regulations. Mixed-use accessory uses shall comply with the applicable requirements of Chapters 1140 and 1149.
Parking is permitted as an accessory use to any permitted principal use and shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 1184 unless otherwise stated in Title XV of this Zoning Ordinance. (Ord. 147-2018. Passed 7-2-18.)
