The City approves and adopts the current edition of the Residential Code of Ohio, and any additions or amendments thereto as may hereinafter be adopted and promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, to be used to exercise enforcement authority over all new construction of one-, two- and three-family dwellings.
