1315.13 EXCEPTION TO REQUIREMENT OF PLUMBING PERMITS.

   Notwithstanding the requirements set forth in Section 1315.11, no plumbing permit shall be required in the following instances:

   (a)   For the replacement of food grinders or disposals, laundry and dishwashing appliances, and water softening, conditioning and treatment appliances, in less than four-unit dwelling structures.

   (b)   For work done on building and storm sewers.

   (c)   For plumbing items identified in Chapter 1315.
