The applicants who pass the examinations described in Sections 157.02 and 157.03 and satisfy the Civil Service Commission's standards, shall be placed on an eligibility list and ranked according to their final scores. An applicant's final score consists of the grade received on the written examination and the additional credits, if any, applied by the Commission in accordance with Rule IV. (Ord. 74-94.
