157.03 EXAMINATIONS AND SCREENING.
   A pool of the top-ranked nonminority and minority candidates passing the written examination, the number of which shall be selected by the City depending on the available vacancies to be filled, shall be scheduled to undergo nondiscriminatory examinations of physical agility, psychological fitness, drug screening, and a background investigation according to standards set by the Civil Service Commission. The Civil Service Commission shall assure that all components of the selection process are nondiscriminatory. Applicants successfully completing all of the foregoing shall be considered eligible for appointment subject to the conditions set forth herein.
