943.28 WASTE SAMPLING.

Industrial wastes discharged into the public sewer shall be subject to periodic inspection and a determination of character and concentration of such wastes. The determination shall be made in the manner and as often as may be deemed necessary by the Superintendent of the Water Reclamation Facility.
