In addition to any other compliance schedules required under this chapter, whenever, in the opinion of the Superintendent, it becomes necessary for industrial users to install additional pretreatment technology or implement additional pretreatment operational and/or maintenance activities, the Superintendent shall require the development of the shortest, feasible schedule by which the industrial user shall provide the additional technology or operation and maintenance activities. All such compliance schedules shall be in accordance with the content requirements, conditions, and time frames as outlined in Section 943.18(a)(9).
