The permit fee to be paid by the applicant for a City Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00); the permit issued under this chapter shall permit the holder of such permit to discharge waste into the City sewer system for a period of three years from the date of issuance. Such permit shall be renewable thereafter for a like three year period by payment of a renewal fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and a filing of a renewal application upon the form provided by the City Public Service Director or Superintendent of the Water Reclamation Facility; subject, however, to amendment of the permit terms and conditions, or revocation or suspension of such permit as provided by this chapter.
