The City Engineer is hereby required to divide up the different lots and blocks required to be numbered, which are not provided for on such numbering maps referred to in Section 913.01, in the manner provided for in Sections 913.01 to 913.04 into the proper spaces and affix to each of such spaces the proper number and add and attach the same to the numbering maps or plats now on file in the Engineer's office.
