(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 110.01 to 110.12 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750, and each day such violation is permitted to occur or continue shall be considered a separate offense.
