§ 110.02 BUILDING MAINTENANCE.
   The duty of every person, firm, or corporation which maintains any building or establishment for the conduct of any business or occupation to which the public is invited or is permitted to enter shall be to keep and maintain any and all such buildings and establishments:
   (A)   In a safe condition;
   (B)   Free from accumulations of refuse, waste, and junk;
   (C)   Free from stored waste paper, cartons, boxes, or other flammable material;
   (D)   In a clean and sanitary condition, free from flies, rodents, vermin, and disease-carrying animals, insects, decaying animal and/or plant matter in/on and around such premises;
   (E)   In good repair, so that persons entering therein will not be injured by reason of any defects therein;
   (F)   Free from unsanitary, unsafe, or dangerous conditions; and
   (G)   Free from any substance, matter, or thing that would be dangerous or detrimental to the health and safety of the public.
