In all cases where a person, firm, or corporation is engaged in more than one type of business or occupation license under this subchapter in the same building or establishment, only one license fee shall be charged; provided however, that where different businesses or occupations are operated in different buildings or establishments, a separate license shall be issued and a separate fee paid for each building and establishment.
