All businesses or occupations shall be conducted from permanent buildings or nonpermanent buildings, situated for a minimum of 30 days, which are in compliance with all applicable building codes. No license shall be issued for any purpose or activity if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with all applicable ordinances and regulations of this municipality and the state. No such license or permit shall be issued for the conduct of any businesses or performance of any act which would involve a violation of the Zoning Code and/or other applicable regulations of this municipality.
