§ 10.32.010 PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON ASSOCIATED ROAD.
   A.   Between Imperial Highway and Birch Street:
      1.   Forty (40) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is the speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street;
      2.   Forty (40) miles per hour is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street; and
   B.   Between Birch Street and Lambert Road:
         1.   Thirty-five (35) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
         2.   Thirty-five (35) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.

§ 10.32.020 PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON BERRY STREET.
   Between Imperial Highway and Northwood Avenue:
   A.   Forty (40) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
   B.   Forty (40) miles per hour is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.

§ 10.32.030 PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON BIRCH STREET.
   A.   Between the westerly terminus and Brea Boulevard:
      1.   Twenty-five (25) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is the speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Twenty-five (25) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
   B.   Between Brea Boulevard and State College Boulevard:
      1.   Thirty-five (35) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Thirty-five (35) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
   C.   Between State College Boulevard and Associated Road East:
      1.   Forty-five (45) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Forty-five (45) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
   D.   Between Associated Road East and Valencia Avenue:
      1.   Fifty (50) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Fifty (50) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.

   A.   Between the southerly city limit line and Imperial Highway:
      1.   Forty (40) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is the speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Forty (40) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
   B.   Between Imperial Highway and Lambert Road:
      1.   Thirty-five (35) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Thirty-five (35) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
   C.   Between Lambert Road and Central Avenue:
      1.   Forty (40) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Forty (40) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
   D.   Between Central Avenue and the northerly city limit line:
      1.   Forty-five (45) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
