A. Between Imperial Highway and Birch Street:
1. Forty (40) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is the speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street;
2. Forty (40) miles per hour is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street; and
B. Between Birch Street and Lambert Road:
1. Thirty-five (35) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Thirty-five (35) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.

B. Between Brea Boulevard and State College Boulevard:
1. Thirty-five (35) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Thirty-five (35) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
C. Between State College Boulevard and Associated Road East:
1. Forty-five (45) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Forty-five (45) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
D. Between Associated Road East and Valencia Avenue:
1. Fifty (50) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Fifty (50) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
