A. Between the southerly city limit line and Imperial Highway:
1. Thirty-five (35) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Thirty-five (35) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
B. Between Lambert Road/Carbon Canyon Road and the northerly city limit line:
1. Forty-five (45) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Forty-five miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
