§ 10.32.100 PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON LAMBERT ROAD.
   A.   Between the Westerly City limit line and Berry Street.
      1.   Forty-five (45) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is the speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Forty-five (45) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
   B.   Between Berry Street and Associated Road/Wildcat Way:
      1.   Forty (40) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Forty (40) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
   C.   Between Associated Road/Wildcat Way and the easterly city limit line:
      1.   Fifty (50) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
      2.   Fifty (50) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
