A. Both sixty-five (65) miles per hour and fifty-five (55) miles per hour are speeds which are more than are reasonable and safe on each and all of the streets, or portions of streets, specified in this chapter.
B. The Director of Maintenance Services hereby is authorized and directed to install appropriate signs upon such streets, or portions of streets, giving notice of the prima facie speed limit declared hereinbelow.
