A. Between the southerly city limit line and Imperial Highway:
1. Thirty-five (35) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is the speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Thirty-five (35) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
B. Between Imperial Highway and Central Avenue:
1. Forty (40) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Forty (40) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
C. Between Central Avenue and Whittier Avenue:
1. Twenty-five (25) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of such street; and
2. Twenty-five (25) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
D. Between Whittier Avenue and the northerly city limit line:
1. Thirty (30) miles per hour is the prima facie speed limit which is most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is a speed limit which is reasonable and safe on such portion of street; and
2. Thirty (30) miles per hour hereby is declared to be the prima facie speed limit on such portion of such street.
