28-1 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION, FINDINGS OF FACT, STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES.

28-1.01 Statutory Authorization.

   The Kentucky General Assembly has in various Chapters of the Kentucky Revised Statutes delegated to the City of Bowling Green the authority to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizens.
