The Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green hereby appoints the Executive Director of the City-County Planning Commission or to his/her designee to administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this Chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions and that petition is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
