4-1   GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   The provisions of the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Act contained in Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) Chapters 241, 242, 243 and 244, per-taining to licenses and regulations of the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, including definitions contained therein as well as amendments and supplements thereto, are hereby adopted as part of the alcoholic beverage control laws of the City, except as otherwise lawfully provided herein. The provisions contained herein shall not be construed to prohibit the continuation of alcoholic beverage licenses existing under the immediately preceding alcoholic beverage control ordinance of the City, but shall apply to all renewals thereof.
