§6-705.   Display Fireworks.
   1.   No display fireworks shall be ignited without a permit issued by Borough as per this Part.
   2.   No display fireworks shall be ignited within 300 feet of a facility that meets the requirements under Sections 2407 and 2410 (relating to permanent and temporary sales locations) of Pennsylvania Act 43 of 2017.
