§27-501.   Continuance of Nonconforming Uses.
   Nothing herein shall require any change in plans on construction or the lawful use of any building or structure or land existing at the time of the enactment of this Chapter although such use does not conform with the provisions of this Chapter; provided, however, that the nonconforming use shall not be:
   A.   Enlarged, extended, or increased, unless such enlargement would tend to reduce the degree of nonconformance.
   B.   Further increased in size.
   C.   Changed to another nonconforming use.
   D.   Changed whenever the boundaries of a district shall transfer an area from one district classification to another, the foregoing provisions shall apply to any nonconforming use therein or created thereby.
