The following schedule of area and bulk requirements is made a part of this Chapter. The regulations included in said schedules are hereby established as minimum regulations of this Chapter; municipal facilities deemed necessary and appropriate by the governing body of the Borough of Blossburg are hereby exempted from such requirements.
