§5-207.   Definitions.
   1.   Wherever the word “Borough” is used in the Building Code,  it shall be held to mean the Borough of Blossburg, in the County of Tioga, Commonwealth of Pennsylva nia.
   2.   Wherever the term “corporation counsel” is used in the Building Code, it shall be held to mean the attorney for the Borough of Blossburg.
