§26-202.   Authorization of a Water Use Restriction Plan.
   If due to drought, contamination, system failure or other reason a water supply shortage exists the Blossburg Municipal Authority may by resolution officially declare such shortage and implement a Water Use Restriction Plan as set forth in this Part.
