§25-102.   Authority of Shade Tree Commission to Assess Penalties.
   The Shade Tree Commission is hereby authorized to assess penalties of not more than $100 for violation of its regulations and of the provisions of Article XXVII of the Borough Code, 53 P.S. §67721 et seq., relating to shade trees.
