Ord. 193 | 6/5/1972 | Approving the proposed action of the Blossburg Municipal Authority to acquire all assets, property, franchises and facilities related to the entire water supply and distribution system of the Blossburg Water Company, which are used or useful in rendering water service to the public in and adjacent to the Borough of Blossburg, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, approving the agreement for purchase by said Authority of said assets, property, franchises and facilities; recommending that said Authority proceed with such plan of acquisition; consenting and agreeing to term and conditions of said agreement; and authorizing proper officers to take proper action. |
