The purpose of this Part is to provide for the cost associated with collecting municipal claims pursuant to statute. This Part shall permit the claims assessed by the Borough Authority or any other claim that may be assessed by the Borough as a municipal lien to apply the cost of attorney fees in connection with the collection of that account.
