§24-107.   Income Tax Officer, Deputy Income Tax Officer and Compensation.
   An Income Tax Officer shall be elected annually by the governing body of the taxing district.
      A.   A Deputy Income Tax Officer may be elected and shall have such duties as are assigned to him by the Income Tax Officer.
      B. The Income Tax Officer and, if one is elected, the Deputy Income Tax Officer, shall receive such compensation as shall be determined by the governing body of the taxing district.
