§22-706. Interpretation.

In the interpretation and the application of the provisions of this Chapter, they shall be held to be the minimum requirements for the provisions contained herein shall apply to residential subdivision. Standards apply to commercial and industrial subdivisions shall be subject to individual review and determination in each case.
