§21-205.   Material and Specifications for Sidewalks.
   Every sidewalk hereafter constructed, reconstructed or repaired in the Borough, shall be constructed, reconstructed or repaired of concrete, in conformity with the Borough specifications that shall be in effect at the time of such work of construction or reconstruction. Provided: any sidewalk heretofore lawfully constructed of brick may be repaired with brick rather than with concrete, Where such walk shall be in such generally good condition that at least two-thirds of the total area of the walk need not be replaced at the time; but where investigation by the Borough Manager shall disclose that two-thirds or more of such total area shall be in an unsatisfactory state of repair, the entire area of the walk shall be reconstructed of concrete. Provided: any sidewalk not located on Main Street between Carpenter and Hanibal Streets may be constructed of bituminous concrete.
