§21-102.   Permit Required to Make Opening or Excavation in Street.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make any opening or excavation in any street in the Borough of Blossburg without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Borough Manager. No such permit shall be issued until the applicant shall have paid a fee in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of Borough Council, which shall be for the use of the Borough. Such permit shall be valid for the period of time stated thereon, which shall be determined by the Borough Manager on the basis of the scope of work authorized by such permit in each case.
