§1-202.   Appointment of Borough Manager; Filling of Vacancies; Removal.
   The Borough Council shall, from time to time, and whenever there shall be a vacancy in the office of Borough Manager, elect, by vote of a majority of all the members of Council, one person to fill the office of Borough Manager, subject to removal at any time by vote of a majority of all the members of the Council.
