1. In case any permit is denied or revoked, a hearing shall be held thereon before the Council of the Borough of Blossburg within 15 days after a request for such hearing in writing, addressed to the Borough Secretary, is received. Request for a hearing is to be made within 30 days of receipt of notice of denial or revocation.
2. Appeals from a decision of the local agency on permit decisions shall be conducted as described in the Appeals Section, §16, of the Sewage Facilities Act, 35 P.S. § 750.1 et seq.
