§18-202.   Conditions for Obtaining Permits.
   1.   No person shall install, construct or request bid proposals for construction on a piece or parcel of land less than 10 acres in size within an individual, commercial or community sewage disposal system, or construct, or request bid proposals for construction, or install or occupy any building or structure for which an individual, commercial, or community sewage disposal system is to be installed, or make alternations to existing sewage disposal systems without first obtaining a permit indicating that the site and plans and specifications of such system are in compliance with this Part, the provisions of Act. No. 537, Act of January 24, 1966, P.L. 1535, 35 P.S. § 750.1 et seq., as amended, and the rules, standards and regulations adopted pursuant to said Act.
   2.   Permits shall be required for “rural residences” as defined by the Act and the standards, rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the Act shall be made applicable to such “rural residences” within the Borough.
