§15-701.   Riding and Parking of Pedalcycles on Sidewalks Along Certain Streets Prohibited.
   1.   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or to park a pedalcycle on the sidewalk in the Borough business district.
   2.   Any person who violates any provision of this Section, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
