§15-205.   Operation of Motor Vehicles Restricted on Public Lands.
   1.   No motor vehicle shall be operated on any property owned by the Borough or any other public agency or instrumentality within the Borough without the permission of the property owner.
   2.   Any person who violates an provision of this Section, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
