Person–any natural person, partnership, association, firm or corporation.
Special show–any circus, carnival, and/or amusement ride or collection thereof, held within the Borough of Blossburg either indoors or out of doors.
In this Part, the singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular, and the masculine shall include the feminine and the neuter.
