4-1-1: FOOD REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
The Village of Bartlett shall adhere to, follow and enforce the regulations adopted in the 2017 U.S. Public Health Service FDA Food Code, as amended, from time to time. A certified copy of such code is available for inspection at the Community Development Department. (Ord. 2019-19, 3-5-2019)
4-1-2: REGULATIONS AFFECTING WATERCOURSES AND POOLS:
   A.   Watercourses: It shall be unlawful and a nuisance for any person to obstruct or pollute any watercourse or source of water supply in the Village. (1968 Code § 19.303)
   B.   Pools: Any stagnant pool of water in the Village is hereby declared to be a nuisance. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any such nuisance to remain or exist on any property under his or its control. (1968 Code § 19.304)
4-1-3: DISPOSITION OF REFUSE 1 :
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit anywhere in the Village uncovered piles of refuse, garbage, offal or carcasses of dead animals. Any uncovered piles of refuse are hereby declared to be a nuisance. (1968 Code § 19.305; amd. 1983 Code)
