PREFACE

This Subdivision Code of the Village of Bartlett, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 2023-109, passed November 21, 2023. Ordinances of the Village adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this Subdivision Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the Village office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the Subdivision Code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
