4-1-6: KEEP PREMISES IN SAFE AND SANITARY CONDITION 1 :
It shall be unlawful to permit any building, structure or place to remain in such a condition as to be dangerous to the public health in any way. Any such structure, building or place is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (1968 Code § 19.307)
