PREFACE

This code of the Village of Bartlett, as supplemented, contains ordinances and resolutions up to and including ordinance 2023-109, passed November 21, 2023, and resolution 2023-110-R, passed November 21, 2023. Ordinances and resolutions of the Village adopted after said ordinance and resolution supersede the provisions of this code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the Village office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
