§ 91.42 NO AUTHORIZATION FOR OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED PARKING.
   Nothing in this subchapter authorizes parking a vehicle where otherwise prohibited or restricted, by signs or otherwise, to include emergency snow route signs.

§ 91.43 EMERGENCY SNOW ROUTES.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall affect the application and enforcement of any city rules or regulations pertaining to emergency snow routes that the Council may from time to time designate, which emergency snow routes may have stricter standards than those prescribed in this subchapter.

§ 91.44 CITY TO BE HELD HARMLESS.
   City crews have the right to push and pile snow on all city streets and rights-of-way. The city will be held harmless of any damage done to property that is in city streets and rights-of-way, including, but not limited to, mailboxes.

§ 91.45 CANCELLATION OF SNOW REMOVAL ALERT.
   A snow removal alert may be canceled if less than two inches of snow accumulation occurs. This cancellation will be announced through local news media and whatever other sources are available. Upon cancellation of a snow removal alert, normal parking may be resumed until the next declared snow removal alert.

§ 91.46 VIOLATIONS.
   It is unlawful to violate any provision of this subchapter. Fines for the violation of this subchapter are set forth in § 91.99.

§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The fine for prohibited or restricted parking as set forth in § 91.41 shall be as established by resolution of the City Council. The fine for violation of § 91.36 shall be established by resolution of the City Council. The fine for violation of § 91.39 shall be established by resolution of the City Council. All fines for violations identified herein shall be payable at the City Hall within five days from issuance. In the event of a failure to pay such fine within five days or in the event of a not guilty plea, the matter shall be heard by the magistrate court of the Second Judicial Circuit which shall impose a fine not to exceed that amount permitted by the laws of the state.
